KB2019: How to activate your permanent license if your OnePager trial has expired.

If you have an old trial of OnePager Pro or OnePager Express installed on your computer, and recently made a purchase, you will need to re-activate the software with a permanent license key in order to unlock it. If your OnePager Pro or Express trial is expired, follow these instructions to obtain and activate your permanent license key. Note that you do not need to reinstall the software to upgrade from a trial license to a permanent license.

1. Launch OnePager Pro (from Microsoft Project) or OnePager Express (from Microsoft Excel). If your trial license has expired, you will receive this message:
   


2. Click OK and the following license form will appear:
   


3. Locate the Installation Code on the licensing form. Copy and paste it (as text) into an e-mail to licenses@chroniclegraphics.com. Our licensing team will respond back with a permanent license key.
   
   
4. Once you receive your permanent license key, return to the licensing form, and paste it in as shown below:
   


5. Press the Activate License button to validate your key and unlock your software.
