  • Recognize the conditions under which multitasking harms performance
  • Explain the parameters under which multitasking enhances organizational efficiency
  • State the "enlightened and empowered" approach to managing multitasking
  • Enumerate three role-model strategies for managing multitasking during project execution
  • Design and use an agenda that orchestrates attention to manage multitasking
  • Describe situations in which graphical tools can help manage multitasking
