- Recognize the conditions under which multitasking harms performance
- Explain the parameters under which multitasking enhances organizational efficiency
- State the "enlightened and empowered" approach to managing multitasking
- Enumerate three role-model strategies for managing multitasking during project execution
- Design and use an agenda that orchestrates attention to manage multitasking
- Describe situations in which graphical tools can help manage multitasking
